Welcome to NavigatED Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, reports, trainings, or materials (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services. 

NavigatED Solutions provides educational consulting, training programs, document reviews, and parent-focused advocacy tools. Our Services do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or the practice of law. Our training programs are not certification programs for licensed professions, and completion does not authorize you to act as an attorney or provide legal guidance. 

Nothing on this website or in our Services should be interpreted as legal advice.
Using our Services does not create an attorney-client relationship with NavigatED Solutions or any affiliated individuals.

Families who require legal advice should consult a licensed attorney.

By using our site or enrolling in our training programs, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old;
• Are legally capable of entering binding agreements;
• Will use the Services only for lawful purposes.
   

We reserve the right to deny access to any user, training applicant, or participant at our discretion

Our training program provides professional development in educational advocacy topics such as IEP/504 analysis, documentation review, communication strategies, and educational planning.

Participants understand and agree that:

• This is not a state-licensed or legally regulated certification.
• Completion of the program does not authorize you to provide legal advice.
• Advocates may support families in preparing for school-based meetings, but may not act as legal representatives unless independently licensed.
• NavigatED Solutions is not responsible for how participants use or apply their training.

Fees for assessments, consulting, or training must be paid as stated on the website or in your invoice.
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or specifically stated otherwise in writing.

We may update pricing at any time.

All content on this site—including text, reports, assessments, graphics, databases, curriculum, training modules, and branding—is the exclusive intellectual property of NavigatED Solutions.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials or ideas without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
• Misrepresent yourself as a licensed professional when you are not;
• Share or sell NavigatED reports or training materials to third parties;
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy proprietary tools, documents, or curriculum;
• Use our content to build a competing business or unauthorized training program.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

We strive to provide clear, accurate, and current educational information. However:

• We do not guarantee outcomes with schools, districts, IEP teams, or government agencies.
• We are not responsible for decisions made by schools, evaluators, or districts.
• Reports are based on the information provided to us; inaccurate or incomplete information may impact recommendations.

Our site may include references or links to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of these external sites. 

 To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes at IEP/504 meetings or school placements.
• NavigatED Solutions is not liable for decisions made by schools, districts, educational teams, or any third party.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NavigatED Solutions, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of our Services;
• Your participation in advocacy or training programs;
• Misrepresentation of your credentials;
• Violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your information is collected, used, and protected.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
